GOODBYE HAITI
The 70% of Haiti’s population lives on less than $2 a day, half of its population is literate, and has faced some of the worst health and humanitarian crises due to natural disasters and HIV’s spread, a country where the migration rate grows each day. Haiti, a vibrant, colorful, musical, spiritual, and cheerful island.
What’s behind these numbers? What are the hopes for this country? How do they live with this duality? During a 3-week trip, we’ll break down the prejudices that exist about Haiti to connect with the history, the traditions, the love for their legacy, and the identity of its inhabitants, told by themselves. “Goodbye Haiti”, an invitation to fall in love with Haiti.
