Alembic, the Chilean pisco Route
In the middle of the vines of northern Chile, we will discover the magic and history of a grape distillate that was born centuries ago and that today, step by step, becomes the perfect ally of the best bartenders in the world. Together with an amateur who loves this millenary distillate and an expert pisco sommelier, we will learn about the origin, history, processes, characters, preparations and pairings of pisco.
